Alternatives to universities
My focus as a teacher is to develop alternatives to the traditional public and private university. I began this exploration in my Mohan Singh Mehta Memorial Lecture. I am now focusing on how individual teachers, working independently but forming a coherent network of like-minded teachers, can develop a practical alternative to universities — without the need for all the infrastructure that a formal university requires.
